Delivery and Returns


Our team take great care in putting your order together however you must inspect items for damage or missing parts when they are delivered and before signing for them. If there is any damage present or any shortages you must report your claims to us within 24 hours of delivery. No claims will be accepted for damage, shortage or loss unless written notice of such claims is received within 24 hours of delivery.

Acceptable items for return

After obtaining a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, product can be returned to our factory.
To obtain a RETURN AUTHORIZATION, please contact us either through email or by phone.
The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returns.
You will be refunded once the item is inspected and received and will be LESS our restocking fee.

Cancellation Policy

Staircase orders will be charged for if cancelled, as these items are completely bespoke. Other items have a minimum of 48 hours of notice of cancellation required. Notification will be accepted subject to confirmation in writing, for instance: in person; via email; mobile phone; text message; fax or any other means. We reserve the right to levy a £50 charge to cover any subsequent administrative expenses.

Termination of Agreements and Refunds Policy

Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. No refunds shall be offered, where a Service is deemed to have begun and is, for all intents and purposes, underway. Any monies that have been paid to us which constitute payment in respect of the provision of unused Services, shall be refunded.
